In
order to ensure our high quality standards, we carry out the HACCP system
and quality control analyses are conducted in all stages of the process
from raw material to finished product release. Uzumsan has a state-of-
the-art laboratory using the latest technology and methods where physical,
chemical and microbiological testings are conducted. When necessary,
Uzumsan employs the services of accredited external laboratories.
We
have traceability from dealer to the end-user. At the moment, Uzumsan is
starting to establish EUREPGAP, a system of full traceability from the
grower to the consumer. Uzumsan
is audited and approved by at higher level of EFSIS (European Food Safety
Inspection System) and by TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) for TS EN ISO
9001: 2000.
